Single frame double-system start-up board bed series is equipped with advanced star-up board and yarn gripper and scissors, both of which have broken through the two difficulties in domestic flat knitting machine field. The flat knitting machine in our company gives an expression of this and has arrived international advanced level. The start-up board adopts the principle of mobile release and makes the enclosed compound needle effectively realize yarn picking-up and sloughing. It is complementary to yarn clip device to fully make use of their functions, reducing yarn wastage and improving productivity. Needle pitch: 5G, 6G, 7G, 8G, 9G, 12G, 14G, 15G and 16G. Knitting width: 48, 52 and 56 inch.
Control system:
1. Screen: Adopting LCD industrial display and figure interface; USB input device; 32M internal storage. The latest system has 1GB internal storage, able to storage a great number of design files which can be fetched out for use at any time according to production requirements.
2. Monitoring screen, able to display various operating parameters and be adjusted during machine running, maximally convenient for operation.
3. Free platemaking system is intuitive, easy to understand and convenient for upgrading.
Rolling system: Programmed instruction, controlled by torque motor, optional 24-segment drawing force and adjustable scope: 0-99.
Transfer: Triangle compound design, single or double-system can independently work and one system can transfer the stitch while the other system keeps knitting, realizing efficient production.
Needle bed movement: Controlled by AC servo motor, optional 24-segment, maximum speed: 1.2M/S.
Stitch system: Controlled by stepping motor, 24-segment density, adopting subdivision technology, 0-650° Adjustable scope, able to more accurately control the length of knitwear.
Knitting system: Single frame and double systems.
Needle reading: Advanced encoder.
Color changing system: 2X8 yarn carriers on each side of 4 guide rails can be changed at any place of the needle bed. (Various special dotted-line-free intarsia yarn carriers).
Sinker system: Controlled by stepping motor, adjustable to different knitwares to achieve narrowing and widening.
Power supply: Single phase 220V, adopting advanced CMOS technology, memory at power failure.
